Cold chain packaging
engineered to perform.
Nearly 100 years of textile manufacturing expertise behind every liner, cooler, and mailer we ship. Third-party ISTA 7E validated. USDA BioPreferred certified. Built for the buyers who need it to work first — and happen to want it to be sustainable too.

manufacturing expertise.
Applied to cold chain.
EcoFiber Packaging is built on the Jones Family of Companies' nonwoven manufacturing platform — nearly a century of fiber science, production engineering, and material expertise. We didn't enter cold chain packaging to chase a sustainability trend. We entered because we had already perfected the insulation. The plant-based nonwoven fiber at the core of every EcoFiber product is the result of decades of manufacturing refinement, not a startup's first run at a new material.
Performance is our number one design objective — always has been. The sustainability credentials are real and documented, but they are the result of how we build the product, not the reason we built it. Our products hold temperature because they are engineered to hold temperature. Third-party ISTA 7E validated. 60+ hour hold times. Qualified across summer, winter, and custom ambient profiles. The sustainability story is a bonus your procurement team didn't have to compromise for.

The EcoFiber
Difference
Six structural reasons packaging distributors, brand owners, and supply chain buyers qualify EcoFiber instead of staying with their incumbent supplier.
Plastic packaging is becoming
a liability line item.
Procurement teams are no longer being asked whether they can find a sustainable alternative — they're being asked when they will switch. EPR fees, scope-3 emissions reporting, and consumer-facing brand commitments are converging into a single answer: bio-based has to be on the qualified supplier list.
